70cl / 48% / Distillery Bottling – Master distiller and whisky giant Billy Walker has handpicked wine barriques to complement the honeyed character of Glenallachie’s single malt. Time spent in Premier Cru red wine barriques from Bordeaux, has imparted complex aromas of espresso, marasca cherry and heather on the nose, followed by notes of ginger, truffle and hints of minerality on the palate.
