70cl / 40% / Distillery Bottling – This is a single malt that bursts with aromas of dark fruit, honey, and vanilla, leading into layers of marzipan, cinnamon and gentle spice, with a long, warming finish. The complexity of character is helped along by a solera system common in the maturation of sherry.
