70cl / 57.3% / The Whisky Exchange – A 2006 Orkney single malt from The Whisky Exchange that was made at a mystery distillery on Orkney and matured in a single barrel for 16 years, before being bottled in 2022. The palate offers notes of poached pears, cloves, milk chocolate, lime sweets, charred orange peel, smouldering logs and smoky leather that linger in the finish.
