70cl / 43% / McGibbon’s – A 1981 vintage Port Ellen, selected by McGibbon’s for the Provenance range. Distilled in Winter and bottled at 18 years of age in Spring 2000, this is oily with notes of spice, pepper, leather and seaweed.
